We believe children are gifts from God. All need to be nurtured and helped to develop to their highest potential. They are sent to us with some various differences but with some common qualities as well. Given the proper nutrition, mixed with love, devotion, and attention that are needed by all, children will progress. Not every child will progress at the same rate, but growth can and will happen. We, at Sunrise Learning Center want to see every child develop into a well rounded social, emotional, physical, and educated individual. We will strive to help your child to become a responsible contributing person within their environment and the world.

Sunrise Learning Center was opened in May 1997. We service children between the ages of 1 to 5, and offer before and after school care to children that are in Kindergarten thru 5th grade.

Sunrise Learning Center wants to provide a really well rounded curriculum that meets all of our children’s needs. As professionals we understand that all children develop at their own rate and pace and wanted a curriculum that met these criteria. We researched for a long time before finding the one that fit our standards and finally decided on the highly acclaimed High Reach Learning Curriculum. It is designed for all ages, infants thru Kindergarten. Curriculum content reflects and is generated by the needs and interest of individual children with in the group. It incorporates a wide variety of learning experiences, materials, and equipment. With instructional strategies to accommodate a broad range of children’s individual differences in prior experience, maturation rates, and styles of learning, needs and interest.
